Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager who will own the post-sale customer journey, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role will manage relationships with customers who have joined our promotions and are actively using our services, driving upsell opportunities and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate combines strong account management skills with a sales-driven mindset to maximize customer lifetime value and contribute to our accelerated product R&D and marketing automation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management & Revenue Growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively manage customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support to maximize product value realization
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through renewal management, invoicing, and purchase order follow-up
  • Track account health metrics and customer feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies
Collaboration & Process Improvement
  • Work closely with product R&D and marketing teams to communicate customer needs and help automate customer engagement workflows
  • Partner with sales and marketing to coordinate lead follow-up and conversion efforts for promotional campaigns
  • Develop case studies and success stories to showcase customer achievements and promote product value
  • Sales & Reporting
  • Manage revenue targets associated with assigned accounts, including forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to anticipate customer needs and identify growth opportunities
Job Requirements:
Education & Professional Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field
  • Minimum 3 years in customer success, account management, or sales roles, preferably within SaaS, Cloud, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and achieving revenue targets
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and customer success platforms
  • Business fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
