We are looking for highly motivated Global / Regional Commercial Manager for different regions—AMER, EMEA, and APAC—drive global and regional sales and business development for our immersive streaming technology. The ideal candidate will nurture leads, acquire new clients, and expand our global footprint through strategic commercial outreach. This role requires a hunter mentality focused on new business acquisition, partnership development, and revenue expansion, with a passion for immersive technology and the metaverse space.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Outreach, Business Development, Customer Acquisition
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business leads through direct outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting; deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals tailored to prospect needs
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue tracking for the global market while identifying strategies to increase wallet share within existing accounts
  • Build strategic ecosystem partnerships to expand market reach and technology adoption
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and enhance sales strategies
Product & Commercial Solutions
  • Collaborate with the product team to address technical inquiries and customize client solutions
  • Identify customer requirements to inform product improvements and provide feedback on customer purchase journey
  • Develop compelling case studies highlighting customer success stories
  • Strategically leverage promotional campaigns and product upgrades to tailor solutions for customer needs and create upsell opportunities
Key Requirements:
Education & Professional Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in global sales and business development roles within SaaS, PaaS, Cloud, enterprise technology, or developer tools
  • Demonstrated track record in closing deals, managing sales pipelines, and developing markets for lead acquisition
Technical & Industry Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of XR, metaverse, or immersive technologies (highly desirable)
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements, formulate technical solutions, and write compelling proposals
  • Experience managing recurring revenue streams and subscription-based business models
Skills & Attributes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
  • Business fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot
